When William Chavous, owner of TC’s TREATS, moved to the Midwest from the East coast, he found himself without one of his most favorite treats, Water Ice!  What is Water Ice? Often referred to as Italian Ice, it is a dairy free, fat free, gluten free, soy free and nut free premium frozen treat.  Water Ice, NOT to be confused or compared to a snow cone, is light and refreshing and has flavor infused into every bite.  TC’s Water Ice is enhanced with fresh fruit, natural flavors and natural extracts

 

Together with his wife, Malaika, William set out to bring this amazing TREAT to the Midwest.  In 2015, William and his business partners decided to take the show on the road and launched the very popular mobile business, SCOOPS & More Water Ice. 2 years and literally thousands of SCOOPS later, William and Malaika decided to put down some roots and answer the call of the daily question “where can I go to get more of this?”

 

TC’s handcrafted water ice and hand dipped ice cream are made fresh each week in their store located at 506 W. Highway 50, O’Fallon, IL.
